Good Questions

Things parents ask
before they enroll.

When should my teen start driver education?
In Idaho, teens can begin driver education at 14½. We recommend starting as close to that as your family is ready — earlier starts mean more supervised practice time before licensure, and habits formed early stick for life.
What if my teen is nervous about driving?
Nervous students are often our best students. The Wright Method starts in low-pressure environments and only advances when confidence is genuinely earned, so anxiety is replaced by competence — not pushed through. Coach Archie has turned hundreds of white-knuckle beginners into calm, capable drivers.
Do you work with adult learners?
Absolutely. Whether you're new to the country, never got around to learning, or returning to driving after years away, the same progressive approach works at any age — and there's never judgment in the passenger seat.
How long does the full program take?
It depends on the student — and that's by design. The Wright Method advances on demonstrated skill, not a fixed calendar. Most students move through all five phases over a few months of regular sessions combined with supervised practice at home.
What does enrollment cost?
Reach out and we'll walk you through current program options and pricing. Spots are limited each season so every student gets genuine one-on-one attention, so we encourage families to get in touch early.
Do you teach winter driving?
Yes — deliberately. Idaho roads include snow, ice, rural highways, and mountain grades, and we believe students should meet those conditions first with a professional coach beside them, not alone after they're licensed.
"Every confident driver I've coached started with one thing: a parent who reached out."
